Veggenti are a female order of mystics dedicated to Morr, the god of the dead. They cryptically pronounce fates to children by performing the rite known as Dooming in the Great Mausoleum in Luccini.
This practice, which originates in the Empire, is in Tilea only respected in the Principality of Luccini where the Theatre of Ravens has a great grasp on the population and is the centre of the Cult of Morr in the Old World.[1a][2a]
