The following is the response from Josh Reynolds, author of part of the End of Time pentalogy, to fans interested in knowing what happened to the regions and factions that were only mentioned in passing in those books. They are not considered official material because they were not published by Games Workshop, but we find it interesting for fans to have access to them anyway.[1]
History[]

Map of Tilea
Unaware of the danger and being as close as they were in Skavenblight, the horde Skaven struck Tilea before their inhabitants could build a solid defense against the invader. Divided by internal disputes, the city-states took too long to react and only managed to unite when the situation was desperate.
The Skaven clans, by contrast, were united from the beginning of the invasion, with numerous smaller clans, such as the Scurvy, Carrion, and Klaw, allied to cut off city-states throughout Tilea. Interestingly, none of the four great Skaven clans took part in the sack of Tilea, although there were representatives of each of these clans in the larger hordes.
Miragliano was the first city to fall, in just a matter of hours. In fact, it fell so fast that they were unable to convey any kind of message to the rest of the city-states of Tilea, and it was not until the simultaneous attack on Trantio and Tobaro that the Tileans were truly aware of the threat that began to loom from the North.
When the Skaven attacked Tobaro, the defenses were unprepared to withstand the unexpected and daring Skaven advance. The Marksmen of Miragliano and the Birdmen of Catrazza were present in the defense of the city, trying to preserve it from the clutches of the Scurvy Clan. Such was the speed with which the Skaven emerged that many Birdmen were unable to take flight, and the few who did were killed by Gutter Runners and Warplock Jezzails. Dadallo himself was last seen taking Maximilian Damark, captain of the Miragliano Marksmen, with him to the temple of Morr. Where the last defending forces of the city had gathered.
Pavona and Remas were put under siege a week after the fall of Trantio. The Vespero's Vendetta were last seen during the Battle of Pavona, perishing after several intense clashes in the streets of the city.
Lucrezzia Belladonna perished during the sack of Pavona. Some say she committed suicide with the poisoned stiletto instead of being captured by the skaven, while others believe she was killed when the ducal palace was besieged.
Once Remas fell, the survivors headed south, towards the sea. Many of the city-states that had not yet been attacked by the Skaven put their differences behind and united against a common enemy. Tilea showed the Skaven their last great asset in stopping the invasion by gathering a great human army on the Plains of Luccini to drive the invaders back.
The bulk of the human army consisted of soldiers from the southern city-states as well as a few survivors from Remas, Verezzo and Luccini, who had already been taken over by the Skaven. Also present in the army were the Lost Legion of Pirazzo, the Company of the Leopard, the Republican Guard of Ricco and the The Alcatani Fellowship.
During the Battle of the Plains of Luccini, the immense phalanx of pikemen and crossbowmen managed to hold off the Skaven for three long days, and although the battle saw the extermination of at least three minor Skaven clans, including the Clan Gritus, after On the third day of battle the last defensive formation broke and the human army retreated.
Lorenzo Lupo died in the Battle of the Plains of Luccini, fighting alongside his rival Leopold di Lucci. It is said that he died laughing, as he made his way through a phalanx of Vermin at the head of the surviving Leopard Company, with Leopold's body on his shoulders.
Mydas the Mean was also in the Plains of Luccini, and died during the retreat to Sartosa. His gold, however, reached Sartosa along with Sheikh Yadosh.
Having lost all hope of protecting their country, the few men who managed to survive, including Rodrigo Delmonte and some of his men, joined the columns of refugees heading south towards the island of Sartosa.
Before embarking on the journey to Sartosa, Asarnil the Lord of the Dragons he joined the remnants of the Company Alcatani and worked hard to protect and escort the largest possible number of refugees to the southern coasts of Tilea.
Upon reaching Sartosa, the Alcatani Company joined forces with the Horse Bronzino's Galloper Guns, Asarnil, and the Braganza's Besiegers when they made their last stand at Sartosa.
It may be that the Dragon Lord found some form of redemption in those final days, or that he died as he lived - arrogant to the end.
What is known is that he and Death Fang fought the ravenous wave of vermin, and that they were among the last to fall, after a battalion of Assault Devils managed to bring down the great dragon. However, even dead, the dragon defeated his assassins, crushing them under his large body. Asarnil was last seen wielding his broken spear against a swarm of screeching vermin.
Long Drong died in the battle for the port of Sartosa, fighting alongside the Alcatani Company and Asarnil the Dragonlord. Long Drong and his killers were consumed in the explosion that destroyed Sartosa's arsenal.
The first action the Skaven took was to burn down all the great ports of Sartosa and the fleets moored to them to prevent the humans from escaping once more.
With Sartosa ablaze and the Dogs of War turning their attention to the enemy, the Pirate Princess aboard the Swordfysh fought her way through two mutated merwyrm of the Clan Moulder and sailed west to Araby with a full hold of gold and refugees.
