Tower of Lightning

The Tower of Lightning is a Lizardmen place of power on the continent of Lustria.^[2a]

It is a tower of brass and copper located atop the peaks of the Spine of Sotek. The Tower of Lightning is a conduit and lodestone for magical energies.^[1a]
