The High Elf Loremaster Talarian as depicted in Total War: Warhammer II.
Talarian is a High Elf Loremaster of Hoeth who has dedicated his life to stabilising the Great Vortex of the Winds of Magic that lies at the centre of the island-continent of Ulthuan's Inner Sea.[1]
He is one of the central protagonists in the Eye of the Vortex single-player campaign for Total War: Warhammer II. He serves within that campaign as an advisor and quest-giver, helping the twin brothers Teclis and Tyrion in their efforts to enact a ritual to reinforce the Great Vortex.[1]
