Ranuccio, dashing mercenary captain, husband of Lucrezzia Belladonna and mercenary general, who successfully fell in the back of Trantio's army with Pavona's troops while they were waiting for reinforcements in the fight against Miragliano during the Battle of Vittoria Viccia. This turned out to be very beneficial for Pavona, as Borgio the Besieger, the Prince of Miragliano, richly rewarded the sign of solidarity between Lucrezzia and her city and their ancient ally.[1a][2a]
