Primo Grigioverme ("first greyworm" in Tilean) is a male Chaos mutant in his late twenties, a former smuggler known for sneaking contraband past Imperial customs. Standing 5'11", he is tall and slim, with a distinct, well-kept mustache. Grigioverme is adept at moving silently, navigating terrain, and communicating in thieves' cant and the Dark Tongue.[1a]
History[]
Grigioverme's transformation began when he narrowly escaped drowning in a peat bog, where, in desperation, he prayed to the Chaos GodsNurgle, Khorne and Tzeentch. A lifeline appeared, saving him, and he committed himself to the worship of Tzeentch. Soon after, he joined Malusalbus' Chaos Cult and found a unique place among its members.[1a]
He grew a large, grey, worm-like tumor on his neck, which has since developed primitive jaws and whispers cryptic messages. This bizarre "blessing" from Tzeentch grants Grigioverme prestige in the cult, especially under Dr. Armin Schwitzend's observation.[1a]
Vain and prideful, Grigioverme displays his tumor as a prized possession, pampering it, and constantly retelling his conversion story. He expects admiration from others and quickly grows hostile toward those who recoil at his tumor. Grigioverme's loyalty to Tzeentch and Malusalbus's cult is absolute -- he would rather die than betray them.[1a]
