The Piranha Blade gained its name for its ability to shred its victim into bloody tatters. Like its namesake, this weapon has thousands of tiny barbed teeth that rip and tear anything they touch. Just as the many-toothed fish saws through the hardened scales of a Stegadon, so too does the Piranha Blade rasp through armour to carve up opponents.[1a]
