Odd in it having an Empire name, the Magnustrasse of Kislev is a less crowded area of the city, with a cobblestone thoroughfare and an ambient sense of wealth. Clean plastered walls topped with broken glass embedded in mortar surround the homes of the capital's wealthy elite, each one high enough to keep out all but the most determined intruders.[1a]
