Not to be confused with Luigi of Pavona, former husband of Lucrezzia Belladonna.
Luigi comes from Miragliano, one of the Tilean City States. A ruthless individual prone to brutality, he runs Kemperbad's main protection mafia. He is somewhat plump, and his heavy jaws make his cheeks appear stuffed with wool - an impression not mitigated by his muffled, muffled voice. Luigi conveys an image of gentle violence. His clothes are made of the finest silks and wools, his hair is slick and his plump fingers are adorned with gold and diamond rings. He rarely raises his voice above a hoarse whisper and is overly polite. The two gorillas that accompany him are usually intimidating enough.[1a]
However, what no one in town knows is that Luigi spends huge sums helping the poor of the town, running various charities and soup kitchens.[1a]

Luigi's name is a refence to the character with the same name of Super Mario Bros.[2a]
