Krignar was a Dwarf deity of war and racial pride.[1a]
History[]
At some point before the end of the War of the Beard, Krignar's cult became corrupted by Khaine, the god of murder, as one of his Daemons appeared to the Dwarf followers of Krignar posing as their god. This turned them into a fanatical cult of assassins.[1a]
Towards the end of the war, an artisan belonging to this cult crafted the Black Dagger, a runic knife inscribed with a glowing death rune that made it certain doom to all Elves.[1a]
Canonicity[]
Krignar has never been mentioned again in official publications since this minor reference - it is therefore hard to say if it remains canonical.
