Jacob Wulfhart, Captain of the Imperial warship the Vengeance, was the brother of the infamous Huntsmarshal Markus Wulfhart.[1]

Jacob Wulfhart is famous for his great hunt for the Merwyrm Amanar, the guardian of the Elven city of Lothern, using a legendary star-metal harpoon imbued with words of power. The great hunter met his end when his warship was attacked by the giant beast, with only a single soul having survived the sinking. That single soul has since given the location of the sunken warship to would-be treasure seekers...[1]
