Iron Guard

The Iron Guard

Led by Thane Kragsson, the Iron Guard were Ironbreakers out of Karak Azul. This unit gained much fame for its bold action during the Battle of Deep Mine, when they defeated the skaven, following them back to their nest-lair, which they destroyed with cinderblast charges. For their unit symbol they bore the anvil above the mountain – the symbol of Karak Azul itself.^[1a]
