Irrana Mountain eastern and western ranges

The Irrana Mountain is the mountain range that divides Tilea from the lands of Bretonnia and Estalia. Its is colloquially subdivided in two macro areas, the Eastern Irrana Mountains and Western Irrana Mountains.[6]

The Irrana is largely barren, populated by itinerant bands of brigands and Goblins, and a small number of settled monsters. The population of Bretonnia and Estalia maintain a number of fortresses to guard the passes, such as the castle-settlements of Lovarre and Dragon Falls.[1a][4][8a] They also mark the northern limit of Tilea, acting as a barrier between the city states and the kingdom of Bretonnia.[3a]

A major Trade Route between Bilbali and Magritta also passes through the Irrana.[2a]

Some of the Irrana's mountains reach heights of ten thousand feet and more.[3a]
