Hegakin, Cultist of Slaanesh, is three feet tall and very thin for a Dwarf, thanks to his Chaos mutation. He has a very long beard and long hair, and he wears heavy robes to cover up his leathery Mutant skin. He also wears spectacles. Hegakin is a coward and runs away at the first opportunity in combat.[1a]
