Hamqa the Divine is the Arabyan Sultan of Aiir, Suzerain of Sadiz, and Regal of all Kust.[1]
Hamqa is an influential merchant who suffered significantly from the Magrittan Blockade. He owns a powerful fleet, and his daughter Cendenai serves as the captain of his flagship, the Rose of Aramam, while Mousaou Salah is the admiral of his fleet.[1]
Hamqa was one of the allies of the Sea Elves against Estalia, and lent the crucial support of his fleet in dismantling the blockade of the Southern Sea imposed by the city of Magritta.[1]
