The sword known as Gilellion's Soulnetter hidden behind a bloody parchment detailing the last moments of one of Gilellion's victims.
Gilellion's Soulnetter is an ancient Chaos Weapon that has the ability to enthrall its victims into immortal servitude for its bearer.[1a]
History[]
Part-worshipped, part-hated and feared by the Skvengenite clan of Northmen, the death warrior known as Gilellion the Lewd supposedly carried this blade as a powerful Champion of Slaanesh. Having forsaken all other company save for his helpless victims as his only form of retinue, Gilellion and his Undead companions spent several years terrorising the Skvengenite land, who bitterly resisted him in turn as they feared that falling to his service would forever deny them their place with their rightful god, Khorne.[1a]
Warnings of Gilellion's depravity and terror quickly turned to myth as his attacks on the Skvengenite tribe ceased and he dissapeared from infamy's view. More recently, though, new stories of Gilellion have sprung up among the tribes of the Tovenars and Ecktars. For whatever reason, Gilellion is heading east.[1a]
Chaos Weapon Property[]
Gilellion's Soulnetter has the special Chaos Weapon property known as Mind Eater. When a Chaos Weapon bearing the Mind Eater property weapon strikes an opponent, instead of dealing damage to their body, it reduces the victim's intelligence, willpower, and leadership ability. Multiple strikes are cumulative. If the weapon reduces any one characteristic to nothing, the victim's soul is devoured by the weapon, leaving behind an unmarred corpse.[2a]
