Prince Frenzo Badolphus
Prince Frenzo Badolphus is a Tilean scientist, astronomer, astromancer, and ruler of Ducieso, a town located in the Trantine Hills not far from the city-state of Trantio.[1a][2a]
A printing press in Nuln published several folios of Dreams of Lustria, the troubling tale about him. The story tells of how the prince was found one morning apparently transmuted into a horrible reptilian creature, which was promptly beaten to death. Whether the prince was insane or not, his dream memories of Lustria have been shown to be detailed and accurate.[3a]
History[]
Dreams of Lustria, was not far from the truth. In his writings, Frenzo turned to the ancient arts of magic, trying to understand their influence on the science he loved so much. Frenzo studied the universe, trying to penetrate into the secrets of the structure of heaven and earth. Everyone in the city loved the young Prince Frenzo. And his scholarship and knowledge delighted people.[1a]
Every night, after poring over the trees with occult texts, he fell asleep and then terrifying dreams, dreams full of the sultry emerald green hell of the jungle. where he saw huge lizards roamed in the misty haze and the iridescent color of a city, the spiers of which are older than time itself. Frenzo became convinced that in his dreams soaked with magic, he somehow was the legendary land of Lustria the land that Yin-Tuan and Marco Colombo had written about. But which most people considered mythical. A creature who is looking for contact just like him.[1a]
During one of these dreams he woke up in a bed that was not his own in his nightmare city, where two Saurus surprised him still in shock. Frenzo could not have known that on the other side of the Great Ocean, in his bed a Skink shared his same fate, and discovered by his friends worried about his screams, then they saw the creature and reduced it to mush.[1a]
