The heraldry of the Tilean Border Prince Fredo Todorno[1a]
Fredo Tordorno was a Tilean noble and one of the many Border Princes of the region of the same name in ca. 2276 IC.[1a]
Once a popular merchant prince in Tilea, Tordorno was forced to flee in exile to the foothills of the Vaults, where he formed his own principality, hoping to hide from his numerous enemies.[1a]

To secure his holdings, Tordorno employs many Tilean mercenaries. These regiments, armed as they are with pikes and heavy halberds, resemble the state regiments of the Empire, but whilst such regiments are disciplined, Tordorno's mercenaries are often poorly trained and loyal only to the prince's wealth.[2a]
