"Everfing I see is mine. All da uvver bits are mine too - I just ain't got there yet. When we reach da end of da whole world, we'll turn around and march back."

Grimgor Ironhide, the Green Slaughterer, one of the greatest Black Orc warlords to have ever lived.

Grimgor Ironhide, renowned by his kind as the "Green Slaughterer," "Gork's Fist," "Da Alpha Orc," the "Once and Future Git" and the "Boss of the East," is considered by many to be one of the greatest Black Orc warbosses and Greenskin warlords to have ever lived. During the End Times, he would become the Incarnate of Ghur, the magical Wind of Beasts.

Greenskinstw

Icon of Grimgor's 'Ardboyz, the Greenskin army Grimgor Ironhide led in Total War: Warhammer III.

This monstrous Orc warrior has culled a great swath of destruction throughout the lands of the Old World and beyond, claiming ownership of many Orc and Goblin tribes and making Red Eye Mountain the heart of his small empire.

It was quickly understood by many of Grimgor's enemies that the Warlord was no ordinary Greenskin. His lust for battle is tremendous; always he looks for the heaviest fighting and the strongest opponent to test his skills upon.

Such is the savagery he instills upon the battlefield that he has gained a massive following of Greenskin warriors, and with this army he was able to ravage the lands of the Empire, the Kingdom of Kislev, and the fortress holds of the Dwarfs for many long years.

Never has Grimgor ever lost a fight, and he longs for the day that he may match his amazing skills with one of such equal measure as his own. Grimgor will never stop until this day comes, and he will continue on his bloody conquest until he rules the entire Known World.

Grimgor has slaughtered his way across the Blasted Wastes and to the centre of the Empire and back. Yet no matter his victories, the Greenskin warlord always returns to Red Eye Mountain. Deep underground, beyond where the Red Eye Night Goblins dwell, the endless hordes of Skaven can be found. Here, for a time, Grimgor can appease his need for daily butchery -- for the ratmen feed uncountable numbers into the fray solely to occupy his fury. Yet eventually Grimgor will grow weary, striking out again in search of a worthier challenge -- and when he does so, the world will tremble with fear, each nation praying that Grimgor won't head in their direction.[8c]

History[]

"A grin split Grimgor's grotesque features as he recalled how the stunties had wailed as he'd torn down their city of pillars and pits, freed their slaves and toppled their statues. That'd teach them to break their staves on his hide. That'd teach them to try to make Grimgor a slave. The grin faded, and the old anger came back, hotter and fiercer than any stunty fire-pit."

—Grimgor Ironhide, recalling his true origins.[9a]

Grimgor, the Once and Future Git.

The great Black Orc warlord's past remains obscure, and none except Grimgor know of his true origins. He was no more than a runt when his Chaos Dwarf masters gave him his first scars, slaving away in the mines and armories of the Chaos Dwarf empire.[9a]

None know the story of his escape from slavery. All that is certain was that he came from the east, staggering out of the Blasted Wastes with an unknown number of grizzled, tired and hungry Black Orc bodyguards, now known to other Orcs as "Da Immortulz" (The Immortals). Upon entering the northern portion of the Worlds Edge Mountains he quickly took over the first tribes of Greenskins he came upon and within a month had carved out a small empire for himself. From there he set course on a campaign of destruction that the northern Worlds Edge Mountains had rarely seen in their history.

The first to feel Grimgor's wrath were the Dwarfs of Karak Kadrin. In the many battles that followed, the Dwarfs witnessed defeat after defeat at the hands of Grimgor and his followers. Grimgor never once tried to take the Dwarf hold itself, always content to kill the armies that were sent out to defeat him. The Dwarfs lost so many warriors that in the end they had no choice but to sit behind the walls and mighty doors of Karak Kadrin and wait for the fast-approaching winter to do what they could not do: force Grimgor to retreat.

Battles with Kislev[]

"Backed up by his Black Orc bodyguard "Da Immortulz", Grimgor is "Da Best" - the brutal will of Gork made manifest."

—The Green Slaughterer[4]

Grimgor, however, would not wait. Becoming bored with killing Dwarfs, he turned his army north and west, crossing the mountains, down Peak Pass and into Kislev. Again Grimgor’s army could not be stopped, towns were destroyed and their inhabitants killed. Three Kislevite armies were sent to stop this new menace and all three armies were destroyed. As Grimgor approached the city of Kislev itself, nature turned against Grimgor. A huge blizzard, summoned by Katarin the Ice Queen, struck the advancing greenskin horde. Thousands of greenskins froze to death and dozens more died at the hands of Grimgor as he raged against being stopped on his road of destruction. Orc Shamans began to speak of the storm as unnatural and in the end Grimgor had to turn his horde around and head back into the mountains. As he marched away from Kislev the storm abated but as soon as Grimgor turned back to Kislev, the storm would rage up again stopping him in his tracks. He returned to the Worlds Edge Mountains in a rage, wishing for an enemy to crush.

Grimgor decided that he needed a base from which he could strike out at the world around him. He took up residence in the abandoned Dwarf hold of Karak Ungor, conquering the Night Goblin tribes who lived there. From Karak Ungor Grimgor could strike at the Dwarfs of the Worlds Edge Mountains and the humans of Kislev and the Empire in the spring and summer. In the winter Grimgor would retire to the lower levels of the hold and fight the Skaven who tried to invade the fallen hold.

Battles with the Skaven[]

"Dey like fighting underground... but so do we! Ask any rat-man under Mount Red Eye!"

—Grimgor, prior to battling an army of Dwarfs.[5]

Before the coming of Grimgor, the upper levels of Karak Ungor were held by the Night Goblin tribe known as the Red Eyes. The Red Eyes, for many years, had been battling with a foe for the lower reaches of the Dwarfs' hold. These foes were the Skaven of Clan Mors and Clan Moulder. Upon hearing of the Skaven below Grimgor and his Black Orcs quickly joined the battle. Hundreds of Skaven died at the hand of Grimgor and his boyz but this, unsurprisingly, seemed not to matter to the Skaven. Every time that one force was destroyed and the tunnels cleared of rats, new hidden tunnels would be discovered and hundreds more Skaven would leap out of the darkness to attack the Orcs and Goblins of Grimgor’s army.

Grimgor had found his never-ending battle and was content. In the spring he would lead a portion of his forces out to attack the lands above and in the winter he would return, head deep into the tunnels of Karak Ungor and the Worlds Edge Mountains to slaughter Skaven.

As time passed, Grimgor and his horde began to drive the Skaven back deeper and deeper into the tunnels of the Worlds Edge Mountains. The losses on both sides were tremendous. Grimgor did not care about the losses since the battle was all that was important. The leadership of Clan Moulder was becoming concerned. Grimgor was pushing the Skaven back and, unknown to him, he was approaching the border of Clan Moulder's home base, "Hell Pit". One Skaven in particular was becoming especially concerned - Throt the Unclean. The Master Moulder himself saw Grimgor as a threat not to his people, but to his experiments. Grimgor was getting too close to his personal lab and his toys. To put a stop to this threat, Throt gathered together his strongest Rat Ogres and unleashed them on the approaching Orc horde, taking Grimgor and his Orcs by surprise.

The dozens of Rat Ogres were, at first, able to drive the invaders back until Grimgor got over his surprise. Smiling, he quickly found a spot from where he could fight back against this new challenge. Placing himself in a narrow tunnel, Grimgor stood alone against the Rat Ogres while the Orcs and Goblins fled back to the upper levels. For hours Grimgor battled the Rat Ogres, killing all that came against him. Soon the Rat Ogres and Skaven pulled back, unable to defeat this mad green monster. Upon hearing of the defeat of his mutant Rat Ogres, Throt became enraged. It seemed that he would personally have to confront this menace to his peace. Gathering up his most dangerous creations, Throt marched out to face Grimgor but the green monster was gone. Already in a rage over having to stop his experiments to deal with the Greenskin threat and now finding that Grimgor had disappeared back to the upper reaches of Karak Ungor, Throt unleashed his deadly mutant creations upon the Empire.

New Challenges[]

"I'm gonna stomp 'em to dust. I'm gonna grind their bones. I'm gonna burn down dere towns and cities. I'm gonna pile 'em up inna big fire and roast 'em. I'm gonna bash 'eads, break faces and jump up and down on da bits dat are left. An' den I'm gonna get really mean..."

—Grimgor Ironhide, Black Orc Warboss.[8b]

Grimgor did not flee the tunnels beneath the Worlds Edge Mountains because he feared the approach of Throt. He did not even realize that the mad Skaven was on his way. Instead, it was boredom that made Grimgor return to Karak Ungor. After his battle with the Rat Ogres, Grimgor had become bored. He saw the Rat Ogres as the best that the Skaven could send against him and after facing that challenge there was nothing left for him to do. The years of killing Skaven, humans and Dwarfs no longer interested him and so he turned his attention elsewhere to find new challenges.

Gathering up his army, Grimgor set a course north and east. He was going to attempt to cross the treacherous region where the Worlds Edge Mountains met the Mountains of Mourn. No other army had ever successfully made the crossing and this became more of a reason for Grimgor to succeed. Once again he conquered the challenge but no sooner did his army make it across the first mountain range than they found a second in their path. Grimgor ordered his army onwards, the weaker Goblins perishing in the hundreds from the cold and snow, dozens more fell to Grimgor’s axe as they tried to flee back the way they came. The rest of the army, mainly Orcs by now, marched on fearing Grimgor more than they feared the mountains and winter. A week later the horde had done the impossible. They had crossed the second mountain range and reached the open steppes, east of the Worlds Edge Mountains - the Great Skull Land.

The Nemesis Crown[]

"News of the Nemesis Crown was fast to reach Grimgor Ironhide. From his camp in the Middle Mountains, Grimgor ordered his boyz to recover the crown. He believes that the very greatest warriors in the world will challenge him for it..."

—Grimgor seeks the ultimate boss-hat.[6]

After his victory over the Everchosen, Grimgor had been brooding for many days in his camp in the Middle Mountains. As ever, he despaired, as much as an Orc could be said to know such an emotion, of ever finding a foe worthy of his attention. He had taken on and slaughtered every one of his subordinates who even looked at him funny, but had still not enjoyed a good challenge. In between bouts of mindless violence, he had scoured the Middle Mountains and plunged headlong into the stinking lairs of the bizarre beasts that live there. But no Chimera, Manticore or Harpy offered more than a distraction, though the carcasses of his kills fed his hordes for many days.[6]

However, one day, a Goblin ran into Grimgor's camp, squealing in a high-pitched voice about events in the South. Grimgor ordered him silenced, not wanting to deal with such a racket. A few hours later, another Goblin arrived, not as high-pitched as the first, and reported that the armies of Men and Dwarves were mustering their forces to find the biggest, shiniest, bossiest boss-hat in the world... The Nemesis Crown. The wearer would be the greatest of his race and all his enemies would try to kill him for it. Grimgor decided that, if this was true, he could use the crown to draw every enemy in the world to him to fight him for it. He didn't care if it granted any abilities - he had no need of them - he cared only that others would come to challenge him. Thus, Grimgor Ironhide ordered his warbosses to scour the lands for the Nemesis Crown, and soon an enormous Greenskin army was searching for the artifact, eager to present it to their overlord.[6]

End Times[]

"They'd scooped him up, and all his boys with him, and deposited them into the middle of a fight. A big fight, bigger than any he had ever seen. There were 'umies, rats, stunties, point-ears, and bone-men -- every flavour of opponent. For a moment, Grimgor thought he'd died and gone to Gork's hall, but then he'd got an arrow in the head and realised that they were in a Human city."

—Grimgor arrives at Middenheim during the End Times[7]
Grimgor end times

Grimgor Ironhide, the Boss of the East and Incarnate of Ghur, the Wind of Beasts, in combat during the End Times.

During the End Times, Wurrzag da Great Green Prophet finally realised that the champion of Gork and Mork wouldn't be one but rather two Greenskins leading a united Waaagh!. Believing that Grimgor was the champion of Gork (or possibly Mork) while Skarsnik was the champion of Mork (or possibly Gork), he set out to inform them of their destinies and unite them in one Waaagh!.[4]

Grimgor started off rampaging east, encountering the Orcish empire of the Morglum Necksnapper. Grimgor defeated him, and absorbed his forces into the growing Waaagh!. The Hobgoblin Khans were the next to be crushed and assimilated into the green horde. Grimgor's army continued to grow, with Orcs pouring in from all over the known world.[4]

Grimgor later became bound to Ghur, the Wind of Beasts, as its Incarnate, and commanded a huge army known as the "Beast Waaagh!" In the process, he managed to conquer the Ogre Kingdoms. Greasus Goldtooth was fiercely vain and independent, and tried to resist, but Grimgor was able to kill the massive monster by clubbing his head in with his own sceptre. The Ogres viewed Grimgor as the living avatar of the Great Maw, and thus the entire Ogre race decided to follow him as well.[4]

With the combined might of the Greenskin and Ogre races, Grimgor cracked the Great Bastion of Cathay and burned the Dragon-fleets of Nippon. The Far East became green. Meanwhile, Greenskin slaves had heard the prophecies of the avatars of Gork and Mork, and slave revolts broke out across the Chaos Dwarf empire. Eventually, the Waaagh! set hundreds upon thousands of Greenskins free from the slave pits and fought against their sadistic masters. In the end, the Chaos Dwarf empire was shattered.[7]

As Grimgor stood upon his ornate throne as a conqueror, he and all of his warriors were suddenly teleported into the vast spires of Middenheim. Gork had sent them to partake in the great battle that would decide the fate of the world...[4]

Da Best![]

"I will not be felled by a beast," Archaon snarled, his voice carrying over the clamour of battle. He surged to his feet, even as Grimgor reached him. "I am Archaon, and I am the end made flesh," he shouted. He slashed out, nearly opening the orc’s belly. "What do you say to that, animal?"
"Grimgor says shut up and die!
"

—The Once and Future Git faces the Lord of the End Times.[4]

It was during the final battle of Middenheim that Grimgor would face Archaon in single combat.

Grimgor sneered and levelled Gitsnik's blade in a challenge. Archaon responded to Grimgor’s defiance by spurring Dorghar to greater effort. The daemon-steed reacted at once, its flaming hooves pounding across the dead and dying. Grimgor held his ground against the snorting, charging steed. He ignored the point of the Slayer of Kings spearing towards his face, and the plume of rippling fire that trailed from Archaon’s helm. The warlord just hefted his axe, feeling its familiar weight against his palms, and waited for the moment to strike.[4a]

It came almost at once. Dorghar accelerated further as he closed the final distance. Archaon stabbed the Slayer of Kings’ point down, the cursed steel aimed true for the centre of Grimgor’s skull. But Grimgor was already moving. With a mighty bellow, the black orc whirled anticlockwise, the motion pulling him away from the Everchosen’s strike, and lending Gitsnik crushing momentum. Even then, he wasn’t quite fast enough the Slayer of Kings gouged a new scar across the left side of his face and tore away what remained of his already mangled ear. None of this robbed the merest ounce of strength from Grimgor’s blow. Gitsnik struck Archaon’s shield dead-centre. Sparks flew, the shield buckled, and Archaon crashed from his saddle.[4a]

Grimgor was on the Everchosen as soon as he struck the ground. Gitsnik hacked down again and again, scarring angry red lines across the Armour of Morkar. Archaon lashed out with his blade, the serrated edge cutting a livid wound across the black orc’s chest. His momentum broken by the sudden pain, Grimgor staggered back, and the Everchosen sprang to his feet as if his armour weighed nothing. Yet scarcely had Archaon regained his footing than Grimgor was on him again, axe swinging in arcs that made the air scream.[4a]

Archaon thrust the Slayer of Kings into Gitsnik’s path. The axe came to jarring halt, but the shock of the impact almost caused the Everchosen to lose his grip on the daemon-sword. Their blades locked together, Grimgor and Archaon threw their full strength into the clash, each trying to overpower the other by brute force. For a long moment, they stood battle-scarred face to helm — so close that Archaon could smell the black orc’s rancid breath. Then, Grimgor slammed his bony skull forward into the Everchosen’s helm, and the two were flung apart.[4a]

Staggering back, Archaon felt the Eye of Sheerian grow dark. He raised a gauntleted hand to the front of his helm and traced his fingers over the dented metal. The eye was no more, crushed by orc's headbutt. The Everchosen saw Grimgor approach, more slowly this time, and heard the warlord’s rumbling, mocking laugh. He had underestimated the orcs — this brute was far stronger than he appeared, his crude bladework perhaps even a match for the Lord of the End Times. However, Archaon still had one advantage. He loathed to employ it simply to defeat the base creature before him, but it was far preferable to meeting defeat at the greenskin’s hands. With a whispered curse, Archaon unravelled the enchantments that bound U’zuhl’s strength into the Slayer of Kings, and felt the greater daemon’s vigour join to his own.[4a]

Grimgor knew at once that something had changed. The Everchosen had been swift before, but now he was swifter still. Each of Archaon’s blows hissed out with a viper’s speed, the sword’s edge hacking splinters of metal from the warlord’s armour and opening bloody wounds across his flesh. Yet Grimgor did not yield. Gitsnik hacked and cut in a ceaseless flurry, but somehow Archaon’s blade intercepted every strike. No longer did the Everchosen attempt to match Grimgor in a battle of strength; instead he sought to parry the blows.[4a]

Six times in all the warboss and the Everchosen crossed blades. On the sixth strike, the Slayer of Kings split Gitsnik’s haft below the axe-head. Grimgor did not give up as the heavy blade fell away, but brought the remains of the haft down hard on Archaon’s golden crown. The Everchosen staggered under the force of the blow, but the wooden shaft shattered into fragments. Grimgor abandoned the useless weapon and threw himself at the Everchosen, powerful fingers reaching for Archaon’s throat.

But the warboss’ luck had at last abandoned him. With a dark laugh, Archaon brought the Slayer of Kings around in a wicked arc, and struck the black orc’s head from his shoulders.[4a]

The Everchosen didn’t even spare Grimgor’s lifeless body a glance as he hauled himself back into Dorghar’s saddle. He didn’t see the spectral form billow from the orc’s body, all fangs, claws and thick shaggy fur. For a moment, the fading aspect of Ghur shone amber in the dark of the chamber. Then it collapsed into wisps of light, and was drawn into the pulsating artefact by unseen winds.[4a]

Storm of Chaos[]

Attention, Empire Citizens!
This article or this section of the article contains information regarding the Storm of Chaos campaign and its aftermath, which is now considered a non-canon, alternate timeline.

Battle of High Pass[]

"Dat's right, I ain't never not won before but I still ain't been beat..."

—Grimgor, after fighting the Northmen of Vardek Crom[3]

During the alternate timeline remembered as the Storm of Chaos, Grimgor sat along the most direct route to the Empire from the east, though storm clouds of war were gathering further to the north. The forces of Chaos were gathering under the banner of the thirteenth Everchosen Archaon, the Herald of the Apocalypse, and his followers. North of the Great Skull Land thousands of tribes of Kurgan marauders gathered under the banner of Archaon's herald, Crom the Conqueror, the Bringer of Storms.[3]

In time, the land to the north could no longer contain or maintain the tribes, and in a bloodthirsty flood the horde of Chaos descended south into the Great Skull Land. Like locusts over crops, the wild-eyed Kurgan tribesmen ravaged all before them. Hundreds of Greenskin tribes that were caught in their path were destroyed. Crom was leading his army south and then west towards High Pass, towards the Empire, and ultimately towards Grimgor.[3]

As Crom reached the foothills below the pass, he found his way blocked by rank upon rank of Orcs and Goblins. Unlike the other Greenskins his forces had overrun on their march, these Greenskins appeared well ordered and ready for battle. This was the army of Grimgor. Grimgor having become bored once more by the challenge offered by the tribes of the steppes had eagerly ordered his army North upon hearing of the approach of Crom. Here again, was a challenge worth facing. Arriving ahead of the Chaos Horde, Grimgor ordered his force to block the mouth of the pass, making sure that Crom and his army would have no other choice but to face him.[3]

As the sun rose from behind the Mountains of Mourn the two armies met. This would become the greatest battle that had ever been seen in the Dark Lands. The two armies collided in battle, men and Greenskins died in the hundreds, the Kurgan warriors fought for their Lord Crom and their Dark Gods like men possessed, the Orcs and Goblins indifferent to their losses fought just for the joy of battle and killing. But this time it was the Greenskins that faltered. Never before had they faced men who fought with such blood-rage. For every man cut down, two or three were there to take their place, there seemed to be no end to them. They had met an opponent that was just as indifferent to losses as they were, an army of men so unlike the weak men of the west. Grimgor fought Crom for hours and almost won but after hours of battle, with thousands killed on both sides it was the Orcs that were defeated and who fled the battlefield.[3]

Da 'Ardboyz[]

In the aftermath of his battle against Crom, Grimgor had been given a new goal -- to redeem himself in the eyes of Gork and reclaim his title as the baddest, meanest, hardest warlord to have ever lived. His army had survived years of constant battling against Men, Skaven, other Orc tribes, and now the Forces of Chaos. Though not as numerous as they had once been, especially since he had culled the Goblins for being weak, the survivors of Grimgor's exploits were toughened veterans of countless battles. With these 'Ardboyz, as Grimgor started calling them, the warlord returned to the Old World to show the upstart Archaon just who was boss.[3]

Marching through Kislev, Grimgor's army slaughtered Northmen and Kislevites alike, butchering all they came across. With him, his Boyz dragged the Effigy of Gork, a titanic stone monument that had been carved by Grimgor's own axe. As the panicked news of Grimgor's advance spread, word came to other Orc tribes living in the world's edge mountains. Realising that the Empire was now fair game, Orcs in the tens of thousands poured down from their mountain lairs, some with their own crudely hewn or constructed effigies.[3]

Grimgor himself followed the trail of destruction leading to Middenheim and, realising Archaon intended to storm the city, decided that his boyz needed to get in on the action too, otherwise who would ever take him seriously again. With Human slaves captured from various tribes and warbands unfortunate enough to mistake Grimgor as an ally, Grimgor constructed two mighty war engines.[3]

"Da Godz," as they were known, were mighty siege towers built in the shape of Gork and Mork. From the belly of Gork protruded a massive battering ram, while Mork was topped with the largest Rock Lobber any of the orcs had ever seen. Shamans danced atop the huge war machines, while Grimgor's personal rock Effigy of Gork pulsed with Waaagh! power. Knowing that the gods wanted him to prove himself, he joined the assault...[3]

Da Best?[]

As the hour seemed dark for the Empire, Valten finally brought the Everchosen, Archaon, to single combat. In revenge for the steed he had lost to Chaos artillery, Valten first destroyed Archaon's Daemonic mount, hurling the Chaos Warlord to the ground. As he raised the Hammer of Sigmar for the killing blow, Archaon unleashed the power of the Daemon bound within his sword. Diverted but not stayed, Valten's blow still opened Archaon's armour and dashed him to the ground. As Valten tried to pull Archaon's blade free, Archaon regained his feet and dealt Valten another mortal blow, carving open his breastplate and sending him onto his back. Seemingly in shock at seeing the mark of Sigmar on Valten's chest, Archaon was charged by Luthor Huss, who landed a series of blows upon the Everchosen, including an almighty blow to the head that sent him down to one knee. Archaon overcame Huss, however, and hurled him across the battlefield.[3]

It was then that a massive Black Orc came barreling through the ranks of battle. It was Grimgor Ironhide, and his head connected with Archaon's. Before he could regain his footing, the Orc hefted his greataxe, swinging it in a wide arc that sheared the Chaos Lord's shield in half and sent him sprawling. Meanwhile, all around him, Grimgor's Immortulz fell upon the Swords of Chaos, Archaon's chosen Knights. The nearby men of the Empire could barely believe that their salvation had come from this most unexpected of quarters.[3]

Archaon's daemon-sword flicked out, but the blow was blocked by Grimgor's axe. The savage warlord stomped down hard on Archaon's sword arm, knocking the infernal, burning blade from his grasp. Grimgor then battered Archaon twice around the face before placing his axe on the tip of his foe's throat. Rather than strike the final blow, however, Grimgor spared his opponent, letting him slump to the ground. The Orc proclaimed "Grimgor iz da best!" and quit the field, cheered by his followers...[3]

Wargear[]

Truly the greatest warrior the Greenskin race has ever produced, Grimgor is an unstoppable killing machine, capable of turning an enemy regiment into a heap of offal.[2a]

  • Gitsnik - This large and blood spattered axe, who's name simply means "foe killer", has many charms and pouches chained to its haft. These contain powerful sorceries woven by mighty orc Shamans that enable Grimgor to wield Gitsnik with blinding speed.
  • Blood-Forged Armour - Battered, scarred and twisted, just like its wearer, the Blood-Forged Armour has served Grimgor well in many battles.
  • Mork's All-Seeing Eye - This small, potent artefact hangs from Grimgor's armour, the spoils from a victorious head-butting contest with Mork himself (or so Grimgor claims). Through his talisman, Mork watches over Grimgor and protects him from enemy spells.
