The Peak Pass runs through the Worlds Edge Mountains. It connects the Dark Lands with the Imperial Province of Ostermark.

During the Golden Age, the dwarfs fortified the pass, which connects to the great Dwarfhold of Karak Kadrin, which translates as "Stronghold of the Pass".[1a] Originally, it was meant to connect the western and the eastern ends of holds of the Worlds Edge Mountains. After the Time of Woes began, Greenskins flooded through Peak Pass and the Dwarfs were forced to abandon many of their eastern holdings. [1a]
In modern times, Peak Pass is guarded by the armies of the Slayer King of Karak Kadrin, since the Pass is infested with monsters, one of the main routes of invasion forces from the Dark Lands and trading caravans that travel to the East often use Peak Pass to leave the Old World.
