Fhiron Wavemaker is a High Elf prince from the kingdom of Saphery who decided to pursue a more exciting life as a pirate, founding the Dragon Spine Privateers.
History[]
Fhiron Wavemaker had lived a life of luxury, but -- as is the case with many who want for nothing, materially-speaking -- eventually began to feel empty and yearned for something more. One afternoon, along the coast of the kingdom of Saphery in Ulthuan, he set sail into the mist of the Sea of Dreams in a small sailing boat with no other soul aboard. Upon returning many hours later, Fhiron rushed to the harbour of Port Elistor and had a large High Elven vessel commissioned, which some even said was a weapon of war.[1]
Fhiron's ship was completed many months later, upon which the prince immediately put together a crew of the most loyal High Elves from his court and set sail through the Straits of Lothern, now calling themselves the "Dragon Spine Privateers." Nobody knows what exactly caused him to give up everything and choose a life at sea, but whatever occurred that one afternoon in the mist is undoubtedly where it all began...[1]
