Fallon von Kelspar was a baron and noble of the Empire before he abandoned his family estates in 2325 IC. He was subsequently excommunicated from the Cult of Sigmar in 2327 IC, declared a heretic and danger to the people by the Cult of Solkan in 2328 IC, declared a traitor to the Empire in 2330 IC, declared an outlaw and brigand by the Court of the Lady in 2335 IC, and declared an Oathbreaker by the High King of the Dwarfs in 2340 IC.[1a]
Before he disappeared von Kelspar left a final testament whose ideas would be considered heresy by more than one witch hunter.[1a]
