Duchess Elze von Skaag is the High Lord Chamberlain of the Reikland Council circa 2512 IC. She is in charge of administration of the Imperial Palace, including the Volkshalle. This complex is the site of the highest-level politics in the Empire, making her one of the more powerful members of the Reikland Council.[1a]
Duchess von Skaag is an adroit and deliberate politician who invariably supports the Crown, at least publicly. The slender Duchess can often be found carousing throughout Altdorf, her bodyguards in tow. This thoroughly annoys her husband, the Duke Alardus von Skaag, who resides back in Skaggerdorf.[1a]
