The Chaos Spawn of El Phantazi has long terrirsed the Estalian town of Astorias.
El Phantazi, "The Fantastic One" in the Estalian tongue, is a Chaos Spawn that lives in the caves high above the town of Astorias. Many have tried to slay him, and now the bones of Estalia's finest knights adorn his nest. His trumpeting echoes over the valley on the equinox are taken as a portent of doom.[1a]
El Phantazi was rewarded by the Chaos Gods with the following mutations: crab-like claws; the trunk and head of an elephant; rapid regeneration of wounds; a fear of blood; a hynotic gaze that can lull its victims into inaction, inhuman physical strength and the ability to spit a corrosive acid.[1a]
