"A ship, aye, but like none I’ve ever seen before. Come about and run up all the sail we have, it’s our only chance! Not even Sigmar could save us now."

—Captain Georgio to his crew
Dragon Turtle

Dragon Turtle

The Dragon Turtle, also known as a Sea Drake, is an aquatic reptile which spends very little of its time on shore. The only occasion when these creatures leave the sea is to lay their eggs along sandy stretches, burying them and then disappearing back into the ocean. When laying their eggs, Dragon Turtles are dangerous and aggressive and will attack any creatures that disturb them or approach too closely. The creature can bite and stomp its enemies. At sea, Dragon Turtles may attack swimmers or even boats, although their normal diet consists mainly of fish.[1a]

Dragon Turtles look like huge turtles with the head of a Dragon and a hard, spiky shell. They are typically 10-15 feet long, though some specimens may be much longer.[1a]

Notable Dragon Turtles[]

  • Loch Lorm Monsters - The Loch Lorm Monsters are a species of Dragon Turtle that maintain their habitat in East Albion.[2a] Some of the most eccentric Albioner mercenary generals are renowned far and wide for riding one of these creatures into battle.[3a]
