Doomseeker Dwarfs Storm of Chaos 6th Edition Adrian Smith illustration

A Dwarf Slayer Doomseeker

Doomseekers are Dwarf Slayers who are considered crazed even by other Slayers, and are capable of an extraordinary amount of destruction when unleashed upon the foes of the Dawi as a unit of elite infantry.[1a][1b]

Doomseekers are the lone wolves of a Dwarf army. With magic-resistant wards tattooed all over their body for protection, their unhinged minds are made dangerous by the axes attached to chains on their wrists as their weapon of choice. Like the Slayer Garagrim Ironfist before them who also fought in this manner, these weapons and their own sheer ferocity allow Doomseekers to inflict some serious damage on their foes as they seek their own honourable deaths.[3]

Role[]

DoomseekersTWWIII

A unit of Dwarf Doomseekers, depicted here in Total War: Warhammer III, is a force of great destruction on the battlefield.[3]

Doomseekers fight alone, cover themselves in protective tattoos that ward away any assault by enemy magic or spells, and wield the so-called Whirling Blades of Death, axes attached to lengths of chain bound to their wrists.[1a][1b][2a]

On the battlefield, they plough recklessly into the enemy, whirling their weapons madly around their heads. Should they make contact with an enemy regiment, the results are devastatingly predictable...[1a][1b][2a]
