The Blood Marshes are a vast, Chaos-corrupted wetland situated at the edge of the northern Chaos Wastes, along the coast of the Frozen Sea. The smell of death hangs heavily over this otherworldly wetland. In this place of murky water and seemingly innocuous animal life, blood chokes the waterways and beasts gorge themselves on the crimson ichor. Within the heart of the marshes lies the fortress of Snaergrvold, an enclave of the fierce Snaegr tribe of Norsca.[1]
