Bellaeir is the High Elf captain of the Dragonkin, a small sloop vessel from Caledor adorned with the Eye of Isha on her prow.[1a]
With an equally small crew, Bellaeir wears a pendent of the Eye of Isha for good luck as he transports travellers to and from ports across the Inner Sea of Ulthuan.[1b] The Elf is also a voluble conversationalist, provided the discussion revolves around ships and sailing.[1d]
