Baudoin the Dragonslayer was a King of Bretonnia and thus one of the mighty Grail Knights.
History[]
The most notable act of King Baudoin's rule occurred in the year 1245 IC, when he fought and slew the ferocious Dragon, Mergaste. A great fresco in the cathedral of Bastonne commemorated the heroic deed, and he was known thereafter as the "Dragonslayer."[1]
Even after a thousand years had passed, the King's victory over the Dragon remained a celebrated part of Bretonnian history.[1]
Wargear[]
- The "Crown of Bretonnia" was blessed by the Lady before being set upon the brow of the first King of Bretonnia by the Fay Enchantress. It shone with a golden light, enhancing the character of its wearer and inspiring those near him.
