Bahr

Grand Vizier Bhar, necromancer, sorcerer and Chaos Cultist of Tzeentch[1a]

Bhar is a talented necromancer and sorcerer as well as the former grand vizier of the Arabyan port city of Copher, now resident in the Imperial city of Middenheim.[1a] He's the leader of the Ordo Terribilis, a Chaos Cult allied with the Skaven.[1a]

Having proclaimed himself the Magister of the Ordo Terribilis, the necromancer plots the resurgence of the Purple Hand.[1c]

History[]

The Grand Vizier Bhar fled Araby after his magical malfeasances were exposed. Most Chaos Sorcerers deplore necromancy as the philosophies governing mastery of Undeath conflict with those of the violent mutability that defines the power of Chaos. The vizier has no such qualms, arguing that a synthesis of arcane disciplines making use of Dhar better serves the Dark Gods.[1a]

In fact Bahr is also a worshipper of Tzeentch who has gained the ability to summon a Blue Horror to defend him and his assistant, Theodor.[1a]

The Daemon is a surly creature with a dull, long-suffering voice. It is not terribly pleased to be under the control of a Human wizard, but in fact wouldn't be any happier anywhere else.[1a]

Theodor is a Chaos Cultist and Windhund manager of Bahr. His role is to manage Bahr's warehouse and ensure his needs are met. He keeps the yard Zombies in cold storage in the basement during the day, releasing them after hours. These five Zombies perform the repetitive tasks Theodor gives them. They are an enhanced product of Vizier Bhar's experiments, and commanded to kill intruders.[1c]

Additionally, he has three dogs named Brute, Force, and Bettë.[1a]

Vizier Bhar's laboratory and living quarters is a former cold storage basement. He rarely leaves, instead passing orders through Theodor. From the trap door in the warehouse, stone steps lead down to a dim, cold room.[1c]
