Lord Alastar the White Lion, also known as the Lion of Chrace, is a Prince of Chrace and a famed member of High Elves' elite White Lions.
History[]
Alastar is an expert hunter and a veteran White Lion of Chrace: his rite of passage was to hunt down and slay Chrace's fiercest creatures. Like many within his order, he was honoured to serve as the bodyguard of the Phoenix King himself. Dedicated primarily to Kurnous, God of the Hunt, the Lion's pelt worn by Lord Alastar bears inspiring testament to his great heart and dauntless courage.[1]

Game History[]
Alastar was designed by a developer of Total War: Warhammer II called Alistair, as part of a project by the Make A Wish charity. Make a Wish "grants wishes" for seriously ill people (especially children) who could die. A CA representative said in 2018 that as far as they knew, Alistair was getting better and recovering from their illness. Alastair posted on Reddit in 2020, to thank the Total War: Warhammer community for their support and confirm that they were over a year into remission and posted again in 2021.[2][3][4]
