Aiir is an Arabyan sultanate ruled by Sultan Hamqa the Divine Suzerain of Sadiz and Regal of all Kust.[1]
He is also an influent merchant who suffered greatly from the Magrittan Blockade in the last period.[1]
The captain of his mighty fleet which make port in Meknes is Mousaou Salah, while his daughter and his heir, Cendenai, is the captain of his flagship, the Rose of Aramam[1]
The first steward sometimes stays at court to manage the affairs of the Sultan.[1]
The Sultan of Aiir maintains relatively good relations with the Sea Elves. Together with them and ships from other regions such as Marienburg, Bretonnia, and Lustria, a part of Aiir's fleet attacked the harbors of Magritta and Bilbali in a joint effort to lift the Magrittan embargo on the Southern Sea. The assault proved devastating when Senduiuiel Cortengren, an Elven wizard devoted to Slaanesh, unleashed a Keeper of Secrets against Rhug'guari'ihlulan, a greater daemon of Khorne who had taken residence within the soul of the Magrittan admiral, Escribano.[1]
