This practitioner of the Lore of the Heavens has long hired himself out to ship captains, the navy of the Empire, and other seafaring folk who have the gold to pay him. He is an expert at predicting the future, navigating by the stars, avoiding storms and squalls, and when circumstances demand, destroying enemy vessels with lightning and comets.[1]
