I was going to just put in warhammer 3 but then I saw abhorash, and they're my second or third favorite character, so I gotta vote for them. Having said that I dont actually think they "should" do that since other factions need the attention way more. I just really like abhorash.
He's pure evil, but he's a respectable evil unlike skaven and greenskins. Theres a cold logic to his evilness rather than just evil for the sake of evil. Now, the rest of the dark elves on the other hand...
Is it ever actually confirmed that the warhammer fantasy chaos gods feed on emotion and stuff? I know thats in 40k, but I dont think I've ever seen it reffered to in fantasy.
At any rate, I would say that khorne not just walking over to slannesh's realm and fighting them to the death is awfully hypocritical considering what they expect of their worshippers. I mean, just think, would khorne look kindly on a norscan who refused to fight anyone and always stayed defensive for strategic reasons?
Undead are antithetical to chaos, since they lack any kind of emotion. Out of everything in the world, chaos hates undead the most. I wont go so far to say that its completely impossible though, as undead do use dark magic which ultimately derives from chaos, and I have little doubt that some chaos sorcerers resurrect undead to serve them. but generally undead and chaos are pretty diametrically opposed to eachother.
Theres also the fact that many necromancers and vampires are driven by a desire to live and/or rule forever, which is obviously conflicting with chaos trying to destroy the world.
I think its maybe just cause theres alot less room for fanon in warhammer. I mean theres plenty of room in cathay and the southlands I guess, but just compared to 40k theres not as much room for lots of random races and characters to exist without infringing upon eachother.
