Do you think they'll use the hobgoblins, the hobgobla khan and their big empire in total war 3?

They will probably not be a standalone army or they have to take some of the units from AOS or make some new units from scratch.
That would be a fun consedence with the new hobgoblin release in AOS.
What they could do for a standalone or chaos dwarf mixed army:
Hobgoblin Khan (Hero in the chaos dwarf army or lord in a standalone army)
Hobgoblin chieftain (hero)
Hobgoblin wolf raider with and without shield
Hobgoblin wolf chariot
Hobgoblin light infantry (axe&shield / two-handed weapon/only a hand ax/spear and shield/only spear)
Hobgoblin wolf archer
Hobgoblin with bow
Hobgoblin spear chukkas
Hobgoblin giant wolf raiders
Hobgoblin knife throwers similar to a gutter runner
Giant wolf chariot
Hobgoblin Cutthroats

Mounts for the khan and chieftain:
Wolf
Wolf chariot
Giant wolf
Nice, i like the roster.
Could be funky seeing them amalgamated into the chaos dwarfs. I was thinking of them like an arkhan the black style army for the greenskins where they get diplomatic penalties towards greenskins but positives for chaos dwarfs but i suppose you could do it like them being part of the chaos dwarfs but hobgobla gets access to some greenskin units, like arkhan and his vampire count units

They could give us an Attila the hun hobgoblin legendary lord if they needed some more race DLC ideas.
See it as a Skarsnik or Grom campaign but instead of buffing goblins your buffing Hobgoblins.
One concept could be the Chaos Dwarves being able to spawn different waaagh-style slave armies, lead by hob nob goblins.
I’m assuming they’ll show up as a dlc eventually
I was just thinking when you look at the map beyond the worlds edge mountains it'd be hard to miss those dudes. It'd be like talking about tilea, estalia, the border princes and the vaults and not mentioning anything about the skaven. Enter ron burgandy meme, "i'm kind of a big deal around here." :D
They could easily introduce the Hobgoblins anywhere on the map.
They are based on the people from the steppes and the Mongolians.
Those are mostly nomadic tribes.
So they can easily pop up anywhere and everybody would be like okay that sounds reasonable.
A big Hobgoblin migration doesn’t sound so weird.
Maybe they will be added as a standalone race at the end of game 3’s lifecycle.
I hope that they play like a combination between the greenskins and the Mongolians from total war Attila.
At least I hope with an improved version of the beastman mechanics.
They could easily make new lore for the Hobgoblins from Warhammer fantasy.
The Darklands and Cathay and the hobgoblin steppes aren't that well-explored and if suddenly some new monsters showed up then nobody would be surprised.
Don’t tell me these models aren’t cool:
What do you think?
